JEROEN OVERMARS WAS ASKED TO CREATE A COMPLETE INTERIOR DESIGN FOR A STATELY BUILDING
During the large-scale renovation of this stately building, he was responsible for the complete interior design, both for the restaurant and the luxurious hotel suites. The goal was to create a harmonious and stylish interior that respects the grandeur of the building while meeting modern comfort standards. By carefully coordinating all elements, from lighting to materials, an interior was achieved that is both functionally and aesthetically balanced.

THE LEATHER USED IN THIS PROJECT
JEROEN OVERMARS, in consultation with Alphenberg and, of course, the client, selected TUNDRA leather in the color CHOCLAT.
TUNDRA is heavier and firmer than most other leathers, making it ideal for flooring. It has a rugged, matte appearance and is self-healing to a certain extent when it comes to scratches or signs of wear. This is useful if it falls into the “heavy use” category. This leather gains character with age and increased use. A sound and logical choice.
